چکیده

The article analyzes the differentiation of typical levels developmental functioning teaching activity (reproductive, adaptive, local-modeling, system-modeling, competence-acting) which correlate with degrees academic success students higher education institutions (insufficient, low, average, high, super high). It has been proven that competence-acting level successfulness, in addition, also stimulates development social and personal result will enable work a field life’s profession later crystallize into full-fledged spiritual vocation. At same time, it is substantiated successfulness as property-trait person correlates his ability to be happy, become significant for others, who able organize environment around him successful at individuality universum self-creation. highlighted types (academic or professional, situational, social, personal) function interdependently evolutionary stages (individual, periodic, stable, creative) ontogenetic Self-concept organization center self-consciousness (simple, complex, positive-harmonious). argued systematically organized set ideas, attitudes, thoughts, reflections, beliefs feelings about himself arises process interaction’s deployment its psychocultural development, mental neoplasm relatively stable time malleable internal fluctuations changes. heuristics author’s model positive-harmonious proven, includes four structural components – mental-cognitive (Self-image), emotion-evaluative (Self-attitude), action-creative (Self-deed), spontaneous-spiritual (Self-spiritual), structure innovative-psychological climate group organization. Moreover, defined harmonious because internally (thinking an acceptable Self-image, self-attitude through adequate self-esteem) externally (educational actions psycho-spiritual forms self-comprehending (Self-spiritual) states faith, truth, love etc.)) holistically regulates relationship between personality’s Self-concept.
